I’ve known Chelsea for several years and was super excited to find out she was engaged and wanted me to photograph her wedding! We had been going over ideas for a while and we eventually settled on an evening at Disneyland for their engagement photography. We got to the park and cruised around California Adventure and then went over to Disneyland and did a few rides and some photos in between. It was so much fun mixing it up and doing something different than I normally photography. Here are a few samples:

Jake and Breanna had a simple and beautiful wedding a few weeks ago here in San Clemente, California. I photographed the girls getting ready as my second shooter Jordan Burke was with the guys. We did an awesome portrait session at a nearby park that overlooks the ocean and got some nice evening light before heading off to Laguna Woods for the reception. I just bought myself a new Canon 5d Mark III and was really excited to break it in last weekend for my first engagement session of the year. I met Ashley and Nathan at the Montage in Laguna Beach, the location that they got engaged at last summer. They were so fun and easy to work with and I hardly had to tell them what to do as their love was so easy to capture. The weather was also incredible! It had been freezing the week before but a mid-winter heat wave had hit just at the right time. We ran around the beach for a while and they even climbed Treasure Island. After the stunning winter sunset, we headed downtown and photographed on the streets of Laguna. Here are some of my favorites from this session:

Hey Khristian!
I don’t know if you remember me but my boyfriend and I were at the beach that day you photographed Ashley and Nathan a couple weeks back. (By the way, they turned out beautiful! Every picture captures a sweet moment in time, very impressed.) Anyways, I just wanted to ask you if you happened to put those pictures up that you so nicely took of us. Corey and Drew’s wedding was amazing! They chose the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in downtown LA as their reception venue and the area provided some amazing backdrops for our portraits. The couple had so much energy and were so easy to work with as we ran around and across the busy streets. Liz Carillo (www.EveningGlam.com) did an amazing job on Drew’s makeup and she looked stunning all day long. Here are some of my favorites:
I helped second shoot this breathtaking wedding with Austin Chesser a little while back and wanted to post some of my favorites. Nate and Jasmine are an amazing couple and they had their wedding at the Barona Casino in San Diego. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect when I found out the wedding was at a casino but my initial assumptions were definitely wrong! The ceremony took place on a gorgeous golf course and the weather was my absolute favorite to shoot in. Wispy white cirrus clouds drifted overhead and, as the sun set, exploded into vibrant hues of gold and red. It was one of the most amazing portrait sessions I’ve photographed! Since I was second shooting I was only focusing on certain shots so this post doesn’t portray a complete wedding, just mostly the bride and portraits:
