This wedding was fun to photograph since it took place in someones backyard and had such a intimate feel to it. Close family and friends attended the ceremony and then dancing and food followed. They made the backyard look beautiful and made it very easy to photograph. It can be challenging for a photographer to have such limited backdrops and areas to work with but I made the most of it. Here are a few photographs from the wedding:
I photographed this beautiful couples wedding on a bright sunny day in Dana Point, California. They got ready at the St. Regis hotel which is an incredible place. Scott and Jennifer then had their wedding ceremony at the Cannons restaurant in Dana Point, overlooking the harbor. It was an awesome outdoor venue. We did the portraits down by the harbor at a small beach and also along the jetty. During some of the photographs, a wave splashed over the jetty as the sun backlit the water with a bright orange glow. I burst of a few frames and got some amazing photos that I’m really happy with! Sometimes shots just pop up in an instant and you have to be ready for anything. Good thing nobody got to we and wet were on our way back to the restaurant for dancing.
Zach and Aubri’s wedding was simple and unique. I started off at Aubri’s house in the morning photographing her getting ready and then they had a nice ceremony. The reception took place at a nice restauraunt in Laguna Beach called French 75 Bistro. They had a nice lunch reception with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was wrapped up by early afternoon and I was still able to go surfing a couple hours after! I had a blast at this wedding and here are a few photographs:
Stunning! Sergio and Ariana’s wedding was so incredibly beautiful! They had their ceremony at a very nice estate in south Orange County and it provided amazing backdrops and settings to work with. I had so much fun shooting portraits of Ariana inside the amazing house. This couple was very easy to photograph and I’m very happy with the photos! Brice and Sonja had their wedding ceremony and reception at the Dana Point Yacht Club. The weather was beautiful and I loved photographing this good looking couple. We went to a local park and shot some fun portraits! Here are some of my favorite photographs from the wedding:
